A seasoned corporate facilitator and transformative thought leader, William Poett brings 30+ years of mastery in emotional intelligence and peak performance training. With a PKE MBA from Pepperdine University, he combines strategic acumen with hands-on experience from working with elite military, law enforcement, and corporate teams.
As a former knife fighting instructor he lives by the "truth of the blade," William embodies resilience and adaptability, valuing pragmatism over theory. From holding eleven black belt degrees to being a licensed pilot and survival specialist, his experiences validate his teachings. Now, he’s embracing change with pursuits in dance, cooking, guitar, and French.
